All cars have dual front, side and driver's knee airbags, seatbelt pre-tensioners, all-round three-point seatbelts, and ISOFIX child-seat mounting points , while further front side and rear curtain airbags are optional. 5 Feb 2021 Unless of course your seat is a Group 2/3 seat with ISOFIT. In the U.S. all ISOFIX car seats use top tether. I've owned 2 Chrysler cars, both with top tether points and it works very well. Yes the legal requirement is for cars to be compatible with isofix. As i stated earlier though, Ford seem to cut costs and not fit the actual anchors unless requested at build (no cost option). The holes are pre-drilled/tapped for the bolts, but no anchors are fitted. My partners 2013 fiesta ST2 is exactly the same, so looks like nothings changed!

They have Iso-fix lower mounts on the outer rear seats. That is, two Iso-fix seats can be fitted in the rear.
